What we process
When you convert a site, we process the source you choose and the page content, styles, fonts, images, and video needed to create your preview and WordPress files. Uploaded ZIP sources are kept in private encrypted object storage for up to 24 hours. Generated download files are private and retained for up to seven days so retries do not require another conversion. They are not used to train models.
If you choose guided installation, your WordPress URL, username, and password are transmitted over HTTPS for that installation attempt. They are not written to Landed's database, analytics, emails, or conversion report. Use a temporary administrator account and remove it after verification.
Accounts, payments, and email
Stripe processes checkout and stores payment, customer, subscription, product-purchase, and purchase-usage records. Landed does not receive full card details. Resend sends requested conversion summaries, theme purchase confirmations, and purchase-recovery links. Recovery requests return a generic message and send access only to the checkout email; knowing an email address does not reveal or unlock a purchase in the browser.
Cookies and browser storage
This browser stores your license token, theme-library access tokens, and latest conversion summary locally so downloads work without a Landed account. Theme recovery tokens are placed in the email link fragment, which browsers do not send to our server as part of the page request. You can remove these tokens by clearing this site's browser storage.
Landed uses the Google Ads tag to measure page visits and completed purchases. Google Consent Mode starts advertising, analytics, ad-user-data, and ad-personalization storage as denied. Before you allow measurement, Google may receive limited cookieless signals that describe the page and denied consent state. If you choose “Allow measurement,” Google may use cookies or local identifiers for conversion measurement and advertising. You can decline or reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time. Stripe may set essential fraud-prevention and checkout cookies when you open its hosted payment pages.
Purchase measurement is sent only after Stripe confirms payment. We send the paid amount, currency, and a one-way transaction reference for duplicate prevention. We do not send your email, card details, WordPress credentials, license token, or Stripe Checkout Session ID to Google.
Operations and sharing
Our hosting provider may retain ordinary security and request logs, including IP address, user agent, route, and timestamp, under its own retention controls. We use service providers only to host the product, process payments, and send requested transactional email. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can clear Landed browser data at any time, cancel a subscription through Stripe's billing portal, and request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information by contacting us. Some payment and transaction records must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
