Terms

Last updated: July 11, 2026. These terms govern use of Landed, a Woodward Software Labs service.

Service

Landed converts public AI-builder sites into editable native WordPress block themes, installers, and portable exports. Gutenberg blocks are the supported production target. Elementor and durable Live Sync are roadmap features marked “Coming soon” or “Preview” and are not included in a purchase unless we expressly announce their release.

Automated conversion cannot reproduce private application logic, databases, accounts, third-party checkout, or every browser-specific effect. Review the free preview and fit report, back up the destination WordPress site, and test a generated package before replacing a production site.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in submitted content and generated files. You confirm that you have permission to access, copy, convert, and install every site, image, font, video, trademark, and other asset you process. Do not use Landed to access private networks, bypass authentication, introduce malware, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the service.

Purchases and subscriptions

The one-site plan covers one source site and includes limited re-download headroom for recovery. The unlimited monthly plan remains active until canceled and is subject to reasonable use of the automated service. Current pricing and the scope shown at checkout control over older marketing copy. Taxes may apply. Subscription customers can update payment details or cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Failed conversions and refunds

If a paid conversion fails to produce a usable package, contact woodwardsoftware@gmail.com within seven days with the source URL and error. We will investigate and, if we cannot correct the product failure, provide a refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Security and availability

Use temporary WordPress credentials for guided installation and remove them afterward. The service may change, pause, or experience third-party outages. Generated files are provided without a guarantee that every source effect or third-party integration will remain compatible with future WordPress versions.
